Lama Lena Returns to the Rime Buddhist Center!
Join us for a profound and transformative weekend with Lama Lena, a beloved teacher of Tibetan Buddhism, as she shares timeless wisdom from the Dzogchen tradition on the art of dying. In this unique teaching series, Lama Lena will guide participants through the practices and perspectives that prepare us for the ultimate transition—death—and how to approach it with clarity, fearlessness, and compassion.
Drawing from the rich teachings of Dzogchen, or the “Great Perfection,” Lama Lena will offer practical methods for understanding the nature of mind, the process of dying, and how to use this knowledge to live more fully and authentically. These teachings are not only for those facing the end of life but for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual practice and embrace the impermanent nature of existence.
This weekend will include guided meditations, direct teachings, and opportunities for questions and discussion. Whether you are new to Dzogchen or an experienced practitioner, this event will provide invaluable insights into one of life’s most profound mysteries.
This event is open to everyone, but please consider being a sponsor for this retreat for as little at $150. Your sponsorship will ensure everyone can attend these wonderful teachings.
